The music world suffered yet another untimely blow as Philadelphia R&B and Soul legend Billy Paul died over the weekend. Paul, who enjoyed a series of highs and lows in his long career, was 81 at the time of his passing.

Meek Mill has been allowed to leave the country. A judge has granted the Philly rapper the opportunity to tour Canada next month, All Hip Hop reports. The trek will be short-lived, kicking off in Montreal in late February, and wrapping up in Vancouver four days later.
