Jo Jo Simmons is officially off the hook. The 19 year old son of Rev Run pled guilty Thursday to one count of disorderly conduct. In May, he was caught by narcotics cops after buying weed and rolling up in his BMW. Jo Jo tried to escape them by putting the car in reverse but ending up hitting a parked car. Switching to plan B, the young Simmons tried to fight police and failed.
He was originally charged with attempted reckless endangerment, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and criminal possession of marijuana. With the help of an obviously excellent lawyer and the clout of a rich uncle, Jo Jo’s charge was reduced to disorderly conduct. He will serve one day of community service.
