Lil Mama To Steer Clear Of Nicki Minaj

Well we all saw earlier this year that Lil Mama had no problem stepping to the big dogs as she marched dead on to Jay-Z and Alicia Keys. But apparently she wants no part of Nicki Minaj. In an interview with BET, the rapper/singer/ judge/ performance crasher spoke on the Queen Of Young Money's image stating,

“Nicki Minaj is a talented rapper. She's out there, she's doing her. What she represents, I don't represent and she's doing something different, that's her lane. As the voice of the young people, Lil Mama, I focus on bringing up young girls to respect their bodies, respect theyself, do it up.”

I guess Nicki didn't get the "Respect Yourself" memo nor is she worried as Lil Mama has yet to release any music in the past few years. Times a ticking...

    Lil Mama has a point. Noone entering the music business wants to be a role model. They just want the money/lifestyle/ to put out their music. I DO NOT like Nikki Minaj or Lil Wayne but they have the freedom of speech. So she can say whatever she wants its up to us if we want to listen.

    Love that just because she used a common slang noun in a song and it happened to be lil' mama, that everyone thinks she dissed Lil' Mama. If she said big papa, would everyone think she dissed Biggie?

    There both great and noone should hate on either but nikki could be seen as fake cuz she has had alot of surgery but these days who hasnt. I love nikkis songs but lets be real no one is a barbie except barbie her body is plasic for a reason no human can be that skinny in the waist and eat lol.
