DJ Mathematics Preparing “The Return of the Wu & Friends”

Since the release of 8 Diagrams, fans have been waiting for the Wu Tang Clan to regroup, reconcile their differences and bring everyone back to the 90's when they were running Hip Hop.

As Hip Hop continues to twiddle its thumbs in anticipation for a true Wu album, most will have to just sit back and digest a filling of the old with the upcoming project The Return Of The Wu & Friends.

Orchestrated by Wu Tang producer/ DJ Mathematics, the project will consist of exclusive tracks along with unreleased tracks and old gems.

Pulling back time to 2000, the release will have songs recorded for The W and will stretch all the way up to 2008.

Think of it as a sequel to Chamber Music, but this time around, all nine members will be part of the project compiled by Mathematics.

The DJ has been known the Clan since the mid 80s, so who better than him to attack such a project?  His beginnings were as the DJ for GZA during his stint with Cold Chillin' and Mathematics has since then contributed to The W, Supreme Clintele, Beneath The Surface, Blackout! And Tical 2000: Judgement Day.

Apparently, this will have to do until the band finally gets back together again.
