Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin was the key note speaker at Tea Party Convention over the weekend and succeeded in making an even bigger fool of herself.

The GOP's candidate for Vice President who called the President a “charismatic guy with a teleprompter” was caught with the talking points from her speech written on her hand.

Video from the event has surfaced showing her clearly looking down to her hand to remember all the important, useful information she has to share.

Peep the video of this genius who was paid $100,000 for her appearance.

And this is the woman people wanted in the White House???
