Coming off of its most successful year ever (number wise,) BET is planning big things for the next 3 quarters in 2010.

In a recent press release, BET reveals all of its new line ups and specials that they hope will make 2010 better than 2009.

“We have always been in constant conversation with our audience, but now we are coming into 2010 with a creative mix of original content and key acquisitions that keep our numbers growing,” said Debra L. Lee, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, BET Networks. “

One of the biggest announcements made was the decision to listen to what fans wanted and to bring back the hit show “The Game.”  The show will be exclusively on BET and will contain all of the original cast members as we continue to follow our favorite fake sports team the San Diego Sabres.

The Game is not the only recognizable show you will see in 2010, “The Mo’nique Show,” has also been given a 2nd season, and will continue to bring you the lively Oscar Winning Mo’nique and her late night sessions with all of today’s celebrities.  Another show returning is “The Family Crews,” which features actor Terry Crews, and his loving wife trying to raise his rambunctious family and the many surprises they encounter.

BET has also announced a handful of new shows that they hope will continue the success of many of their other ones.  Some of these shows include a spinoff of BET’s “Tiny & Toya,” and will simply be just “Toya.”  The show will feature the life of one half of the duo, as she tries to move on from being known as Mrs. Carter and makes a name of her own.

Another new show “The Kennedy’s,” will feature star skateboarder Terry Kennedy, and his quest to launch his own clothing line, while trying to maintain his family and many other obstacles in his life.  BET has also announced that comedian/actor Stever Harey, will also be bringing his hilarious morning radio show to the Centric station in the beginning of 2011.
