A civil lawsuit against Plies has been dismissed. The lawsuits stem from a concert shooting that left five people injured in a 2006 concert in Gainesville, Florida that also featured Lil Boosie.
Plies’ entourage was accused of shooting rounds into a crowd at Club 238.
The Florida goon plead guilty to a charge of possession of a firearm and was sentenced to probation while his brother Ronell “Big Gates” Lavatte served three years in prison because he was a convicted felon. Big Gates was released last year.
Plies also didn’t fire shots when the incident occurred.
