Mexican Baby Comes Back To Life In Coffin After Being Declared Dead
Hours after she was pronounced dead, a baby in Mexico was found breathing.
The 17 year old mother Dafne Marisol, had delivered her daughter prematurely. When Hernandez's daughter was born, she weighed only 1.3 pounds and soon after, doctors could no longer hear a pulse and declared her dead.
She was left in a mortuary for more than four hours before being given back to the family.
"We know that premature babies can't take even a minute of cold conditions, let alone the temperature of a morgue," "It's not normal that she survived", claims hospital director Adolfo Martinez.
The baby had already been placed in a coffin and was set to be buried-when her mother heard movements and crying coming from inside.
Upon opening the coffin, it was discovered that the baby was alive and healthy.
