Doll Hung By A Noose With Racial Slurs Found Outside Black Church [Video]
Police in Laurel, Maryland are investigating a hate crime after a doll was found hanging from a noose and covered in racial slurs outside a Black church.
Police discovered the doll outside of The City of Zion Church and believe it was left there either early Saturday or Sunday morning.
The church's Pastor Gregory Strong told authorities that there are several other churches in the area and he knows his church was targeted for being primarily African-American.
The Pastor says he's praying for the perpetrators.
