Delonte West Gets A Job At A Furniture Store During NBA Lockout

While some ball players are signing overseas contracts or trying a new rap career, Delonte West has decided to take a more common man approach of income.

The Boston Celtics player first made headlines after filliong out an application for Home Depot, and while most though he was joking, his latest employment shows he is no comedian.

On Wednesday, West tweeted that he was applying for a position at Regency Furniture Showrooms, a furniture chain in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., because he “need[s] a second job to stay afloat during the lockout.”

Now it seems Delonte is no longer unemployed,

And if that wasn’t enough proof for you, Delonte also took a picture of this,

Hilarious!

WHAT’S SO FUNNY ABOUT THAT? A MAN GETTING A JOB THAT DOESNT REQUIRE HIM TO GO OVERSEAS AND UPROOT HIS FAMILY, OR BETTER YET, LEAVE THEM BEHIND JUST TO CHASE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. AT LEAST HE’S KEEPING HIMSELF OUT OF TROUBLE AND NOT BEING IGNORANT AND START BLOWING HIS MONEY.
