Nick Minaj Covers Cosmopolitan

Nicki Minaj graces the November cover of Cosmopolitan.

The issue makes for only the second time a black women has covered the women’s lifestyle magazine (Rihanna being the first), so I think Nicki Minaj deserves a round of applause for that (no Waka Flocka).

In the cover story, the Young Money rapper talks about a variety of topics including where she sees herself in 5 years, when she plans on getting married and what she would be doing if she wasn’t rapping.

Read a few excerpts from the story below:

“You can’t run game on a rapper. I’m always 10 steps ahead of you.”

“At one point, I was like, ‘What would happen if I just didn’t wake up?’.. – like maybe I should just take my life.”

‘I’ll have hundreds of millions of dollars I will have put out five albums & will have an Oscar & Grammys,” Nicki Minaj said on her life in 10 years.

“I will be getting married and, a couple of years after that, [I] will have a bun in the oven,” Nicki Minaj says, also stating she’s be a lawyer if she wasn’t an artist.

Scroll down for a look at the cover and preview photos from her feature.
