Lil Wayne Publishing Memoir Titled Gone Till November

Lil Wayne’s stint on Rikers Island continues to be proven productive. The YMCMB rapper is publishing a memoir, Gone Till November, that will be in bookstores on November 28. The Hollywood Reporter reports that Grand Central Publishers, a division of the Hachette Book Group, will publish the book, which consists of Weezy’s diary entries from his eight month bid in 2010.

“We are thrilled to be publishing Wayne’s prison memoir,” said Grand Central Publishing’s executive editor, Ben Greenberg. “He kept detailed journals of his inner and outer life while he was on Rikers Island, and they certainly tell a story. They are revealing.”

Interestingly, Tunechi’s memoir will not be released via Cash Money’s publishing division, Cash Money Content, whose founders are Cash Money Records CEO’s Bryan “Baby” William and Ronald “Slim” Williams.

Considering a prison stay where guards were allegedly showing him favoritism, to Drake and Nicki Minaj holding YMCMB down in his absence, to the plans he had to keep his career going after his release, Weezy has plenty of stories to tell, and share.
