Lil Wayne might find himself back in legal trouble, all because he doesn’t like to take pictures. The Young Money head is no stranger to lawsuits, and may have to open his wallet yet again, since he and his crew are under investigation for assaulting a fan who asked to take a photo.

According to TMZ, the alleged victim, Alfred Marino, approached Wayne while he was skateboarding with friends, a few weeks ago. After asking to take a picture, Marino was met with threats, that were later carried out. “Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?” he claims to have been told.

Marino says that he was hit from behind, and knocked to the ground. His lawyer, Craig Chisvin, promised that his client “will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible.”

While Weezy has yet to profess his innocence, or admit guilt, this isn’t the first time he’s gone at someone for taking a photo. In April he and his skateboard crew attacked a photographer  for snapping flicks of the rapper in Miami.
