Is Wayne Brady gonna’ have to choke a b-tch? The world knows Mr. Brady as the straight-laced comedian/singer who doesn’t look like he’d bust a grape in a fruit fight, but let’s not underestimate him just yet. Brady is upset with HBO host Bill Maher, for using him as the measure of blackness, in regards to President Obama.
During an interview on Aisha Tyler’s Girl on Guy podcast, Brady lashed out at Maher for comparing him to the commander in chief, and thus saying that Obama is a watered-down version of a Black person. “I’ve had Bill Maher twice now, when referencing Obama ‘Yeah, your Wayne Brady,'” he said. “So that means it’s a diss to Obama to be called me because he wants a ‘brother, brother.'”
Brady then attacked Maher for his love for Black women—who also happen to be prostitutes. “Just because you f-ck black hookers, just because you had that particular Black experience. I have to stop myself to getting into it with Bill, because I realize the thing is if I had gone on his show, or even doing it online, I’m not going to win. Because as soon as you back off, he still has his platform to say whatever he wants to.”
The 40-year-old also challenged Maher’s “perception” of how he thinks a Black person should act, by offering to “slap the sh-t” out of him.
Maher has yet to respond, probably because he’s not scared, but props to Brady for speaking his mind.
