Lil Wayne and his TRUKFIT clothing line rolled into the S.L.A.T.E. tradeshow in Las Vegas Monday (Aug. 20). Weezy was on hand to promote the contemporary street wear brand, to view the new TRUKFIT mannequins featuring 3D video mapping technology designed by Pearl Media, and to meet with fans.

In addition to his appearance, Wayne was presented with a pair of custom TRUKFIT Beats by Dre headphones alongside two custom TRUKFIT guitars.

Back in May, TRUKFIT was announced as the latest brand to invade Macy’s stores. “Trukfit is a state of mind,” noted brand director Mike Morris. “It is about being oneself, having fun, being free and being able to express all these elements. We are thrilled to be able to offer TRUKFIT at Macy’s, an iconic retailer with as much as energy and heart as our brand. Lil Wayne is a favorite rapper and Macy’s is a favorite shopping destination – a perfect fit!”

After hitting the tradeshow, Wayne & co. headed to 1 Oak Nightclub at The Mirage in Las Vegas to celebrate TRUKFIT’s first showing at S.L.A.T.E. He was joined by Tyga, Mack Maine, and producer Detail.

The club also built a TRUKFIT fully functional skate ramp for Wayne and pro skater Stevie Williams, and the rapper treated the audience to a performance.
