I'm sorry but that's Bow Wow! He paid somebody to step up and take the blame, but that's him. Bow, you gonna' have to be more careful about who you kick it with coz' you know you're bein' watched from all sides. It's sad that b/c you're a celebrity you can't have 'life experiences' without being under a microscope. The rest of us can do so privately, but you have to constantly be aware of who, what, where, and everything else in between.
