The journalists aboard Rihanna's 777 plane have been set free—sort of. The group, affectionately known as the “Rihanna 150” arrived back in New York Tuesday (Nov. 20), after a week of globetrotting.
The last stop on what turned into an ill-fated trek, commences with a performance at New York City's Webster Hall tonight.
Since getting on the 777 plane last week, many expressed disdain over the tight schedule, lack of sleep, and only having one close-up encounter with Rihanna. After hearing their cries, the Bajan beauty re-visited the faithful scribes, and dedicated fans, that she spent little to no time with after the first day. “I know you guys got barely any dirt,” she told writers. “But I had to be good. I still sound like sh-t. It's impossible to spend time with everybody, and I'm sorry I didn't. But this was excellent and I would definitely do it again.”
Tension between Rihanna and the journalists boiled over when an Australian writer streaked on the plane, amid chants of “save our jobs,” and “just one quote.”
Needless to say, even though Rihanna's wants to duplicate the trip, journalists probably won't be as excited at the thought of embedding themselves alongside the music star.
