Atlanta rapper Yung Mazi survived a gunshot attack at a Waffle House in Buckhead this weekend.

AJC.com reports:

Police said a local rapper named Yung Mazi was shot at the Waffle House in the 3000 block of Piedmont Road just before 4 a.m.

Police told the television station several men were eating at the restaurant when Yung Mazi walked in, and the men shot the rapper in the arm.

He was taken to Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, according to Channel 2.

After getting treated at the hospital, Mazi gave his followers an update on his health.

Strange as it sounds, Mazi may be onto something as this is not the first time the rapper has been shot or shot at. He survived another attempt on his life in Spring 2015 when someone opened fire on him outside of another Atlanta restaurant.

Mazi has done things to attract enemies though. Most notably his infamous “Slap A Rapper” challenge when we would purposely seek out different area rappers to attack and slap, then post the footage on social media.

Mazi is currently affiliated with Kevin Gates’ Bread Winners Association and just released a new mixtape titled Free My Bruddas 2.
