It looks like the new season of the resurrected TV sitcom, The Game, which begins airing new episodes next week on BET, will have some new additions.
Hosea Chanchez, who plays “Malik” on the much-loved sitcom, was recently on the Atlanta radio station V103, and during the interview the actor let a single surprise for the new season out of the bag.
“The network gave me one spoiler I can give ya’ll,” says the actor. “Meagan Good will be joining our cast.”
Chanchez wouldn’t give any more details but added,
“[Good] is around for a long time, let’s just say that.”
The Game, which stars actors Tia Mowry Hardrict, Brittany Daniel, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Pooch Hall and Coby Bell, ran on the CW network for three seasons before it was canceled in 2009.
Shortly after, BET made an agreement with The Game’s parent company, CBS to revive the series.
The new season begins Tuesday, January 11 at 10PM EST, on BET.
