Danny Brown created a capsule collection with seasoned fashion forces Dr. Romanelli and Carhartt WIP that’s an amalgamation of their three individual styles. After previewing the clothing a few weeks ago via a trailer on Instagram, the trio unveil the full release today for our collective viewing pleasure.
Fans of the rapper and fashion junkies alike have four jackets to choose from. Each uses the classic Carhartt WIP color palette of beige, navy, blue, green and safety orange in a quirky way that’s a complete 180 turn from the brand’s clean, menswear aesthetic. The patchwork on the pieces have Dr. Romanelli’s name all over it. This include camo and Navajo print, which all have a place within contrasting panels of block color.
The clothing was created to coincide with the Fool’s Gold rapper’s European tour, which starts February 28. Peep flicks from Danny Brown, Carhartt WIP, and Dr. Romanelli release on the following pages.
