Understanding fans disappointment, Lil Wayne released a visual, clarifying the Tha Carter V‘s delay late Tuesday (October 28)–the day the album was slated to hit stores. Citing the amount of music in his possession, he explained that his long-awaited opus will be a two-part project, from which he delivered a new single called “Gotti,” featuring The LOX.
Yes, you read that right. Jadakiss and Styles P trade verses in their classic two-man weave style at the track’s opening, setting a grimy tone in the process. Tunechi then kicks in the door with hard-hitting punchlines and rhymes detailing his come up–there’s even a story about when Birdman once rocked a fade haircut.
