A few nights ago, an unfortunate shooting that occurred outside of French Montana’s tour bus after a Philadelphia show deferred attention from the damn good concert the Bronx native put on prior to the incident. During his performance at the Theatre of Living Arts, the “Pop That” rapper surprised fans by bringing out Meek Mill to run through a list of select hits.

Hip-Hop Since 1987 was there to catch Meek kick things off with the anthemic “Ima Boss,” before segueing into a short set of other high energy tracks like “Believe It,” “Racked Up Shawty,” “Young & Gettin’ It,” and more.

Philly’s golden boy also took it back to his 2008, Flamers 2 days by performing hometown classic “Goons Gone Wild,” which features his known confidant AR-AB. Fans were most captivated during AB’s verse, which he performed a cappella in front of the packed house.

Fans can see Meek Mill take the stage once again in April when he sets off on his 11-city Dreams Come True tour. Footage of the city of brotherly love rappers tearing down the house can be seen below.
