Meek Mill and the word quiet are rarely synonymous terms, but such has been the case for the rapper’s long-awaited Dreamchasers 3 mixtape. Fortunately, that changed moments ago when he tweeted an official release date.
The Philadelphia native prefaced the public service announcement by saying, “Time 2 feed da streets!” Next came a message that read, “#selfmade3 sept.13th #DC3 sept.20th rt rt rt,” signaling for others to spread the message.
Looks like Maybach Music Group is looking to capitalize during a month that promises other noteworthy releases like 2 Chainz’s B.O.A.T.S.: Me Time and Drake’s Nothing Was The Same.
Folks can expect a pretty standard listening experience featuring a tracklist of freestyles and original tunes. So far, an ode to his fallen protege called “Lil N***a Snupe” and a quick verse on Migos’ “Versace” are two tracks fans can expect to appear on Dreamchasers 3.
