Miley Cyrus’s MTV VMAs duet partner owns a Hollywood Hills retreat that’s been in the famous family for years. Yup, that’s right Growing Pains fans. It used to be home to Robin’s dad Alan “Dr. Seaver” Thicke and was even up for rent a few years ago for a cool $10,000 a month. Now it’s estimated worth is a not too shabby $3 million big ones and is where the Grammy Award winner keeps his uber-successful studios.

The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Spanish-style abode isn’t too over-the-top, but still has everything a Hollywood “It” couple could want — not one, but two master bedrooms; spectacular views to downtown and beyond; huge open living space; large deck for lounging and entertaining; sound studio (of course), and sparkling pool and spa on over 12,000 square feet.
