Childish Gambino, aka actor/comedian Donald Glover, took to Twitter to drop a new video for a tune called “Yaphet Kotto” and to announce that he is dropping a new album.
The visual draws obvious inspiration form Nirvana’s Never Mind cover. But instead of a nude baby, we get a clothed Glover floating just below the surface and starting at the camera as it slowly pans. Someone needs to call the pool cleaner, though.
In his tweet, Gambino revealed that his new album, because the internet, will be out sometime this winter, or as he called it, “winter break.”
