A black truck driver in Ohio filed a discrimination lawsuit saying that he believes he was racially profiled at a Burger King when a White worker spit in his food.
Glen Goodwin says that on November of 2008 he ordered food and says he saw a White employee spit in it while another co-worker tried to block his view.
When he took the food to police they confirmed that there were indeed traces of saliva in it.
A spokeswoman for Burger King has spoken out saying the fast-food chain takes the matter seriously and strives to serve customers well, regardless of their race.
