It’s Friday, and you know what means around these parts. Feast your ears on another audio blessing via The Wrap Up: Hip-Hop Wired’s Top 10 Songs Of The Week.

With contributions from the best in the business and newcomers alike, you can rest assured that this compilation of tunes are sonically dynamic. It’s also worth noting that this list contains a stronger lyrical showing than some of the recent editions.

A current West Coast favorite displayed his dynamic flow on one self-produced cut, while a veteran mogul switched monikers and dropped a heavy-hitting street single to boot.

Hear it all in the gallery on the following pages.

10. Chance The Rapper – “Home Studio (Back Up In This B**ch)”

Chance released this record unexpectedly. Who knows if it’ll appear on his next project, but it’s a good way to gauge where he’s at, creatively.

9. Cozz – “I Need That”

The South Central, LA native’s tone is less aggressive this time around, but he definitely has bars.

8. Problem – “Too On To Be Off”

We look forward to hearing good things from this Compton MC in 2014. Hear why above.

7. SZA ft. Chance The Rapper – “Childs Play”

The Chicago lyricist kicked one of the better verses we’ve heard from any MC this year on this release.

6. Puff Daddy ft. Rick Ross & French Montana – “Big Homie”

The Bad Boy mogul’s name change came with the lead single from his upcoming Money Making Mitch LP. Expect the jargon to be braggadocios on this one.

5. 2 Chainz ft. French Montana – “A-Rod”

It’s unclear where this song will land, but it’s undoubted hit potential infers that the cut can easily find a home.

4. Smoke DZA ft. Cam’ron – “Ghost Of Dipset”

This isn’t a Heatmakerz beat, but it damn sure feels like one. Dipset fans won’t be mad at the playeristic tale Killa tells either.

3. Asaad ft. Ab-Soul – “Alejandro Jodorowsky Flow”

The Philly rapper returned from his hiatus with his verbal chopper in tow on this one. As usual, the Black Lipped Pastor also delivered a potent verse.

2. The Alchemist & Budgie ft. Action Bronson, Domo Genesis, & Blu – “The G Code”

Alan The Chemist and Budgie knocked another one out of the park with this one. The Good Book is also en fuego.

1. Jay Z & Jay Electronica – “We Made It (Freestyle)”

It’s Friday, this track released on Sunday, and it’s is still the topic of conversations in Hip-Hop circles. Enough said.
