The Donald Sterling saga continues to get even more repulsive by the day. But at the heart of this scandal is a female named V. Stiviano. But who is she really?

While the country awaits swift action from the National Basketball Association, more details surface about Sterling’s long history for racist behavior. Allegedly there is more than a 1 hour worth of audio that was recorded of Sterling talking reckless; all hooked up by the Stiviano.

Since the wekeend her reputation has grown to surreptitious levels. Naturally curiosity about the lady with one letter for a first name hit a fever pitch.

Who’s That Girl?

Stiviano was allegedly born María Vanessa Perez. According to the Los Angeles Times she also went by Vanessa Perez, Monica Gallegos and Maria Valdez. In 2010 she legally changed her name.

Status

According to her lawyer “neither Ms. Stiviano, nor this office has ever alleged that Ms. Stiviano is, or ever was, Mr. Sterling’s girlfriend.” Instead her legal team insists that she was “a veritable fixture” in Sterling’s business. Oh.

On Tape

TMZ alleges that V. worked for Sterling as his “archivist” therefore the recording of their private conversations.

DUI

In 2013 Stiviano was arrested for driving under the influence. It is alleged that Brandon Mychal Smith who starred in Disney’s Sonny With A Chance was in the car with her.

Lawsuit

Sterling’s estranged wife Rochelle sued Stiviano last month alleging she seduced the Los Angeles Clippers owner. The suit reads the “feminine wiles of Ms. Stiviano overpowered the iron will of Donald T. Sterling who is well known as one of the most shrewd businessmen in the world.” Oh word?

In a 2003 lawsuit against a mistress, Sterling described his relationship with the unnamed female as “it was purely sex for money, money for sex, sex for money, money for sex … I was paying her. It was in exchange for sex. It wasn’t a gift.”
