It seems that every time Jay-Z and Rick Ross partner up for a track, the end result is a successful listening session for the fans.

In regards to the competitive nature, let’s just call “Maybach Music” and “Hustlin” Jay’s songs for obvious reasons.

With Teflon Don approaching, Ross is going for a joint effort for the third time and speaks with MTV on the collaborative effort.

“I most definitely have confirmed Jay-Z being on the album. [The song] is like an atomic bomb. I’m just waiting to push the button. Shout-out to Roc Nation. Shout-out to Kanye West…The funny thing is the way the record was done.”

For those that are expecting to hear the third installment of “Maybach Music” with Jay, the Miami rapper cools down the speculation.

“It was the most phenomenal verse….It’s not ‘Maybach Music 3.’ You could kill the rumors. This is something totally unexpected, and we talking that talk. I’m just excited, man. I’m expecting big things from this Teflon Don project.”

Unbeknownst to many, Jigga actually did have a feature on “Maybach Music”, but the verse was reportedly lost, until now.
