Action Bronson is one of the more entertaining rappers to hear speak during an interview. Fortunately for fans (but we really mean us), he recently visited Hot 97’s Ebro In The MorningShow.

While speaking with hosts Ebro, Peter Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez, the conversation was as erratic as any of Bronsolino’s colorful verses. The jokes seemed to never end, but through the laughter and some brief coverage of his Mr. Wonderful single, “Easy Rider,” viewers will learn a few jewels about the Queens native.

Hip-Hop Wired decided to make your lives easier by providing seven fun facts from the interview. You’re on your own for the rest. Peep the footage and more on the following pages.

Hit Him With The Dropkick, Marty Jannetty

Bronson and his seven-year-old son get into heated wrestling matches, as parents and their children often do. His description is absolutely hilarious.

A Young King Of The References

The Queens wordsmith is known to make off the wall statements in his rhymes. Don’t expect much difference in normal conversation. In fact, he said, “I’m like Dorian Yates in the legs.” Google him.

Broken Appendages?

The rapper recalled performing under the impression that he’d broken his foot. But that came after a failed attempt at stage diving after the much lighter and more aerodynamic Tyler, The Creator did so.

Weight = 315 Pounds

Bronson describes himself as a “strong” 315 pounds, having just weighed himself recently.

Used To Be A Power Lifter

“I’m short; I have compact arms and legs, so my movements were bench and squat,” said Bronson of his weight lifting days. The cause was a gallstone issue, which inspired him to drop to 225 pounds out of fear.

For Bronson, Context Is Everything

Ebro asked Bronson what meal he’d cook for a woman that he’s court. In meticulous fashion, he countered with questions about background info on her upbringing, where she works, and more.

Once Got Busy In A….

Truly a character, Bronson recalled the smallest car that he’s had coital affairs inside of. The model was a BMW Z3, which is a drop top. The locale was outside on Queens Boulevard, right across from the Pan American Hotel. We’ll spare you the details.
