10. Jarren Benton ft. Micah Freeman
Producer: 8Track
Benton returns with some truthful testimony via his latest #Blacktober release. We recommend that you listen up.
9. Domo Genesis – “STRICTLY4MYN*GGAZ”
Producer: Sap
It’s fair to argue that Domo is one of the top-two lyricists in Odd Future. Hear proof above.
8. Shy Glizzy ft. 2 Chainz & A$AP Rocky – “Awwsome (Remix)”
Producer: EA Glizzy
Glizzy added some necessary fire power to his already popular single. Good move, young man.
7. Nikki Jean ft. Ab-Soul – “Champagne Water”
Producer: Nikki Jean & Double-O
Nikki Jean teams up with Soulo on the title track from her upcoming EP. Needless to say that the singer-songwriter returned on a high note.
6. Freddie Gibbs & Madlib ft. Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$ & Ransom – “Knicks (Remix)”
Producer: Madlibb
One of the smoothest tracks on MadGibbs’ Piñata album gets a remix treatment. The bars are even more vicious this time around.
5. Meek Mill ft. Boosie Badazz – “F*ck You Mean”
Producer: N/A
Meek proved just how much his energy is missed with this Boosie-assisted cut.
4. Run The Jewels ft. Travis Barker – “All Due Respect”
Producer: El-P, Little Shalimar & Wilder Zoby
The kooky pairing of El-P and Killer Mike translates into audible gold once again on the RTJ2 album. Here’s an early favorite track.
3. T.I. – “King”
Producer: Mars of 1500 or Nothin’
The Kang’s Paperwork album begins with this high octane record.
2. PRhyme (DJ Premier & Royce Da 5’9”) – “U Looz”
Producer: DJ Premier
This is the hardest combination of beats and bars that you’ll hear this week.
1. Drake – “How About Now”
Producer: Boi-1da
The chorus is pretty weak, but Drizzy still manages to make this leak a hell out of a song.
