Fast food see its latest “innovation” in KFC’s newly christened Double Down Dog.

Without a shadow of a double, no one will call this chicken-wrapped hotdog a culinary masterpiece. Nevertheless, it’s set be sold in limited quantities at participating KFC locations.

With the Double Down Dog in line, Hip-Hop Wired lists 15 potential heart attack-inducing meals from fast food joints. Hit the jump for more.
