A Queens, New York woman claims that police knocked her eye out of her socket.

According to Jacqueline Dervain, the cops were called after a call was made that her daughter’s ex boyfriend was threatening her.

The 66-year-old woman says that police walked in, yanked her off of her bed and tossed her into a doorknob, causing her eye to fall out.

NYPD disagree however and say she pulled out a 12-gauge shotgun and warned, “Nobody’s going to leave here tonight!”

Police tell the New York Daily News that her story is “all nonsense” and a berserk Deravin was pointing the gun at her daughter’s ex-beau and yelling,

“I am going to kill you. Nobody’s going to leave here tonight!”

According to a criminal complaint filed by prosecutors, police then wrestled the gun from her.

She now faces charges of resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, harassment, and menacing.
