Pardon the hiatus. After a week away, the show continues with a new edition of The Wrap Up: Hip-Hop Wired’s Top 10 Songs Of The Week.
Expect some diversity in the tracks selected. While rap makes a bulk of the list, a few gems from some notable, rising singers makes a strong case for the future of R&B music.

Oddisee wrote, produced, and in turn masterminded a brilliant album called The Good Fight, which debuted earlier this week. Here’s one of its standout records.
5. Towkio ft. Leather Corduroy – “God In Me”
Producer: Two Fresh, Nate Fox
Towkio is the latest rapper to wave the SaveMoney flag on wax. His .WAV Theory mixtape arrived earlier in the week, featuring this gem.
4. Earl Sweatshirt – Solace
Producer: Earl Sweatshirt
At 10-minutes long, Sweatshirt’s Solace is technically a project, by his definition. Excusing the semantics, it’s an amalgamation of music from when the rapper “hit the bottom and found something.”

YouTube sensation Alessia dropped a heater inspired by her antisocial ways.

The first lady of the SaveMoney, Eryn Allen Kane, gained plenty of new fans with her soul-stirring debut single.
