You can say whatever you want about Lil Mama you but one thing you definitely can’t say is that she’s boring. The last time she was featured on The Breakfast Club she unintentionally became the meme heard ’round the world and things began to look grim for the young Brooklyn rapper.
Now she returns to the table helmed by Angela Yee, DJ Evny, and Charlamagne to set the record straight on what exactly made her choke up doing her back-and-forth with Tha God, the consequences of his actions, and hints at wedding bells in her future.
So here we give you 8 things we learned from Lil Mama on The Breakfast Club.

1. Daddy’s Lil Girl
After Charlamagne got Lil Mama to breakdown on the air, Lil Mama’s father allegedly ran up on DJ Envy with a hammer looking for tha God.
2. Her Mama Named Her
The Brooklyn rapper got her moniker “Mama” from her mother who named her after the Danny Devito and Billy Crystal comedy film, Throw Momma From The Train.
3. Group Therapy
Until she got on The Breakfast Club Lil Mama hadn’t spoken to anyone about the passing of her mother which is why she broke down on the airwaves.
4. Mama The Momma
During the interview she hinted that she may or may not be getting married soon to someone who may or may not be Big Sean/Shawn/? stating that she carries herself as a wife and wants to have children.
5. The Sausage Isn’t Hers
She credits someone from Florida called Matthew as the originator of the Sausage movement. That could mean anything to anyone.
6. Suicidal Thoughts
Contrary to popular belief due to her interview in Complex magazine, Lil Mama was not suicidal after her famous Breakfast Club breakdown, but says a person can be under those circumstances.
7. Papa’z Song
Even though he’s been as supportive and loving as a father can be (just ask Envy), Lil Mama neglected her father after the passing of her mother.
8. Lil’ World
The reason she dubbed herself “Lil” Mama is because she was influenced by a Hip-Hop era which featured artists like Lil Wayne, Lil Kim, Lil Cease, Lil Zane (remember him? Of course you don’t), etc. But her family simply calls her Mama.
