Shawty Lo is confirming reports that he’s called off his upcoming wedding to his fiancé.
The Bankhead rapper called into V-103’s Ryan Cameron Show to clear up the rumors surrounding himself and his now ex-fiance ECrecia.
When asked whether the two were broken up, Lo tells Cameron;
“Right now we are not engaged, we are separated. It’s officially over with.”
When asked to provide further details, Shawty Lo says that neither of them are to blame for the end of what seemed like a happy engagement but remained scarce on details of the breakup.
“Oh no…I can’t really blame her for the breakup and she can’t really blame me for the breakup…I love her to death. She’s always been there….but right now we’re just separated.”
Lo also denied reports that the two were separating because his fiancé and mother of his one of his ten children, stole money from him.
“I hear a lot of rumors in the streets that she was stealing, naw she wasn’t doing all that. She ain’t that type of person…she’s a great person….I think it’s done…I love her and I know she love me but….I’ll never talk bad about her because she’s a great person. I’ve been with her since she was like 17 and she’s 27 now….It’s just run its course.”
Shawty Lo did not confirm or deny reports that he’s reconciled with Atlanta rapper Jai Jai with whom he’s had a relationship with in the past.
Before the end of the interview, L-O made sure to promote his upcoming mixtape Bowen Home Carlos which drops Tuesday August 17.
