Mariah Carey is digging into her ratchet bag of tricks again. She has linked with Compton-rapper YG to record a new break-up anthem.

TMZ reports that the duo met up this weekend in Miami to record the track and that they’ve already recorded a music video for it as well. The song is reportedly a break-up anthem and a catharsis for her split from ex-fiance James Packer. The song is expected to debut on Carey’s reality show Mariah’s World on Sunday, Jan. 29.

This isn’t the first time Mariah has linked up with a rapper from the other side of the tracks. She turned heads way back in 1995 when he had Ol’ Dirty Bastard hop on the remix of her pop hit “Fantasy.” Then she did it again when she got Gucci Mane to give her 2009 song “Obsessed” the remix treatment as well. Carey was also recently spotted with DJ Khaled and Travis Scott in the studio.
