The Queen Bee has to find some new digs. A judge has ordered that Lil Kim‘s New Jersey mansion be foreclosed on after her failure to pay the mortgage for years.
Reports Bossip:
A Bergen County, NJ judge recently ordered that Lil Kim’s home foreclosed on after the mom of one abruptly stopped fighting her foreclosure lawsuit.
HSBC Bank sued the pint-sized rapper – real name Kimberly Jones – in 2010 after it claimed she stopped paying the nearly $10,000 a month mortgage on her palatial Alpine, NJ estate the year before. HSBC said she made a deal with them in 2002 for a $1.5 million mortgage for her mansion, and promised to make the $9,935 a month payments. But the bank said Lil Kim but stopped paying altogether in 2009, and wants her out and the home sold at a Sheriffs Sale.
Reportedly, the “No Time” rapper owes the bank almost $2M in back mortgage payments when including interest and taxes.
Also, the IRS hit her with a $127K tax lien in 2015. New album and tour on deck to get those funds back up?
