Derek Fisher got popped for an alleged DUI after getting into a car accident where his vehicle flipped over. The former NBA guard and head coach is okay, but Twitter is giving him minimal sympathy.
ESPN reports that Fisher was arrested on Sunday morning (June 4) under suspicion of DUI.
The passenger in the vehicle with his was no other than Gloria Govan.
Yes, that would be Matt Barnes’ ex-wife, Fisher’s ex-teammate and the reason for his “Dirty Mack” title.
Accord to the Highway Patrol, Fisher was driving on U.S. 101 in Los Angeles when his 2015 Cadillac strayed onto the right shoulder, hit a concrete curb and guardrail, and flipped over, coming to a rest on it’s roof. The vehicle reportedly blocked two lanes of the highway.
Fortunately no one was seriously hurt.
