2 Chainz may be a trap god, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about his community. The ATL rapper’s been looking out for his hometown with his famous Pink Trap House being the latest example of his generosity.
Today, the artist formerly known as Tity Boi stopped by the Breakfast Club and chopped it up with the morning trio of DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee.
Speaking about the significance of his Pink Trap House to regretting not performing for Donald Trump, Chainz keeps it 100 in ways most rappers are scared to do.

1. Pink Trap House
2 Chainz famed Pink Trap House hosted everything from workout sessions to church services so they could change the perception of the notion of a trap house.
2. Donald Trump
Chainz confirms that Donald Trump’s peoples did in fact ask him to perform at Trump’s Inauguration but he immediately turned it down. He does say he probably should’ve taken that check even though he didn’t give them a chance to tell him how much they’d pay him.
3. Lyricist Lounge
He doesn’t think he gets the respect he deserves as a lyricist, not because he’s from the South but because he “plays with them” like the Harlem Globetrotters. But those days are done and says that the bigger the name on the track the harder he’s going to go.
4. Farrakhan
Before the Minister Louis Farrakhan agreed to jump on “Burglar Bars” the minister had to listen to the song first before green lighting his appearance.
5. Q-Tip
As far as those rumors that he’s making an album with Q-Tip he says that’s not the case. He’s simply letting Q-Tip “curate” his latest effort to make it sound like a hybrid between East and South flavor.
6. Game To Game
While Chainz was knee deep in the hustling game he used to be around Lil Wayne while he rapped in ciphers and though he knew he could rap as well he never jumped in to show his skills. He eventually quit the game to pursue the rap game full-time.
7. Ludacris
Looking back Chainz says Ludacris charging him to get out of his DTP contract wasn’t as bad, but if Luda wants a verse he gonna “charge the sh*t out of him.” That’s not including the $15G’s Luda owes him for a project he worked on a while back.
8. Nicki Minaj
Speaking on the shots that Nicki took at Remy Ma on Chainz’s “Realize,” he says that he sent Nicki the track asking for a hook and she sent it back with the hook and a verse. When he realized what she was saying it kind of bothered him because he’s “not with the drama.” He says he then ran into Remy who “wasn’t the happiest person” and they had a quick conversation.
