The Emmys Fail To Honor Charlie Murphy & Dick Gregory, Among Others
This is just disrespectful. During the in memoriam segment that honors stars who have passed away, last night’s Emmys neglected to mention the great Charlie Murphy and Dick Gregory, among others.
Common didn’t forget, though.
As reported by TMZ, other stars who were slighted included Harry Dean Stanton and Frank Vincent.
The Emmys sure did remember Roger Ailes, who got booted from FOX News after multiple accusations of sexual harassment came to light.
