Memphis rapper Yo Gotti is catching a break from the legal system now that he’s been found not guilty of inciting a riot.
As previously reported Gotti, real name Mario Mims, turned himself in to police after aThanksgiving weekend incident at Level II nightclub left six people shot.
Police reported that an argument between him and a rival rapper caused the incident that led to the shooting.
Gotti appeared in a Memphis court room Wednesday where charges were dropped against him.
A spokeswoman for the District Attorney said charges were dropped because of lack of a witness.
