Swizz Beatz Hosts Art Auction At 1-Oak NYC
Swizz Beatz is holding true to his promise to sponsor and fund an NYC art school and hosted a charity event Tuesday for its benefit.
As previously reported Swizzy announced that he’d be donating 30% of proceeds from his next album to the Bronx Charter School For the Arts and visited the elementary school in New York’s South Bronx borough last May.
Now months later Swizzy’s doing his part to collect funds for the institution and hosted an art auction Tuesday at 1-Oak NYC.
A number of the producer’s celebrity friends joined him for the event including Estelle and actress Tika Sumpter who posed for pictures and sang along when he performed on stage.
