Nicki Minaj was spotted in Vegas this weekend for a Billboards Awards pre-party where she rocked the crowd.
On Saturday, the Young Money mistress took over The Paris hotel’s Chateau Nightclub & Gardens where she performed with her partner in crime Safaree by her side.
As previously reported Nicki lost to Justin Bieber for a Billboard Music Award for “Best New Artist.”
