Meagan Good Covers Heart And Soul, Talks Endometrial Cancer Scare
Meagan Good is the latest cover story for ‘Heart And Soul’ magazine and is letting readers in on in intimate details of her personal life.
The actress who previously told HipHopWired that she was touring with her new rock/rap group the H.E.L.L.O. Girls and wants to work with Lil Wayne, posed for the publication’s cover shoot and revealed that a few years ago she had cancerous cells removed from her uterus.
She tells Heart And Soul,
“It didn’t scare me. When people don’t know they have something, they’re fine. When they do find out, they get worse. A lot is attitude. When you’re afraid and freaked out, that’s when it worsens. I try to keep a positive outlook.”
Good also adds that she’s ready for a serious relationship and likes to stay fit by ‘jogging about three or four times a week’ but tries hard to keep her curves.
“I do squats so I don’t lose my booty.”
