Woman Sues Popular Gym After Suffering Pole-Dancing Injury
In a bizarre case of events, a woman is suing a famous New York-based gym company after she injured herself in one of their popular fitness classes.
Sue Ann Wee has filed a class action lawsuit against the parent company of Crunch fitness chains after she injured both of her shoulders while attempting to perform pole-dancing trick during the gym's pole-dancing class.
The woman said that she informed her instructor that she was not able to hold and sustain herself while attempting to execute an “upside down” dancing maneuver; her instructor declined to help.
Wee slid down onto the floor, severely injuring both shoulders upon impact.
She is seeking unspecified damages in response to the ordeal.
