Jamie Foxx Plays Freed Slave In Quentin Tarantino Directed Django Unchained [PHOTOS]
Jamie Foxx is starring in an upcoming Quentin Tarantino film called Django Unchained. This could be either really good, or really bad—no in between—because the Oscar winning actor will be playing a freed slave who gets taken under the wing of a German bounty hunter. The film is inspired by Spaghetti Westerns and considering Tarantino writes and directs, it should be at least entertaining.
The film also stars Leonardo DiCaprio (as en evil plantation owner) and Kerry Washington (as Django's still enslaved wife) along with Samuel Jackson, Don Johnson, RZA, and other familiar names. Peep some stills from the film in the gallery. Django Unchained is currently scheduled to be in theaters on Christmas Day, Is this flick going to be a must see for you? Also, have you ever seen a slave with a line up that sharp, though? Just saying.
