Jim Jones hit up Shade 45's Sway in the Morning, alongside his lady love Chrissy Lampkin to talk about their relationship. Yet when talk turned to his beef with Max B, currently serving a 75-year sentence, Jimmy wasn't interested in answering any questions on the subject. A caller asked him to clarify the rift, and he immediately shut it down. “Yo, tell yo mother I said hi. Next caller!”
Sway tried to smooth things over, but Jones was stern. “Tell his mother to touch on that subject.”
The Harlem native also chose not to speak on French Montana. “Nah, none of them n-ggas,” he said.
Jones and Montana are far from friends, and had an altercation at Funk Master Flex's birthday party, but the Moroccan rapper said that he's moved on from the rift. “Nah I'm getting money and he's getting money,” Montana told Complex. “[That situation involving the hit on my head] had nothing to do with Jim Jones.
Before things got awkward during Jones' radio interview, he was much more forthcoming about his relationship with Lampkin. Known for loving each other as hard as they fight, if faced with the idea of celibacy to strengthen their union, both said they couldn't do it. “I don't think it would last that long, [maybe] five, six hours. I don't think it would work too long, the passion is too crazy.”
Lampkin said she'd be willing to try abstaining if it would help the relationship but wouldn't be able to go that long. After a two-year engagement the couple have yet to set a wedding date. Peep both videos below.
