If we’re talking breakthrough as in overall skill, I’m going with Kendrick Lamar. But if we’re talking breakthrough as in the artist that made the most noise, I’m going with Meek Mill.
Either way, it HAS to be one of them that wins this. You can’t go wrong with either choice honestly.
