Women beware, chasing the dream of the perfect butt, can turn very awkward. A woman posted a video showing her butt implant refusing to stay still, flipping and flopping inside her back meat with no signs of wanting to stay in place.

“This is my implant flipping backwards,” she says. “I don’t think an implant’s supposed to do that. It shouldn’t be able to flip.”

The video has been shared more than 20,000 times, and even though it’s obvious that no implant of any kind should be moving around, the Daily Mail spoke with a plastic surgeon just to be on the safe side. “It is a complication which is relatively common following buttocks implants,” noted plastic surgery consultant Adrian Richards, explaining that in order to block the implant from dancing around it will likely need to be removed, or have a “pocket closed up to stop it shifting around.”

Since she didn’t show her face, no one knows who this woman is, but she’s in good company when it comes to butt debacles. As previously reported, model Vanity Wonder got 1,000 injections in her backside, while others have died from getting shady surgeries in their quest for the perfect figure.
